I saw Joydah advertise her voice activation 1:1 sessions, first the fear came up for me, “voice, sound, singing, god no “ I sound terrible, out of tune how embarrassing!

The noises the sound the energy the power, I had no idea my body possessed the release of old belief systems, Ancestral Pain and Healing the change within myself is phenomenal.
